I’m particularly passionate about science journalism and science communication, believing that making complex ideas accessible can spark curiosity and informed conversations among people in Odisha and beyond. Whether simplifying breakthroughs in space exploration, climate science, or local environmental research, I strive to bridge the gap between experts and everyday viewers through clear, engaging storytelling.

Beyond mainstream journalism, I find my creative escape in photography. I’m endlessly drawn to nature. Through my lens, I capture the play of light on wildlife, seasonal rhythms in tribal areas, and the quiet beauty of our ecosystems, often blending these images with reflections on conservation, ecology, and the wonders of the natural world.

I'm proud to have co-authored a travelogue on Similipal Tiger Reserve, one of Odisha's most magnificent natural treasures and a vital part of the state's biodiversity heritage. This book chronicles immersive journeys through the dense sal forests, cascading waterfalls like Joranda and Barehipani, and the rich wildlife habitats that are home to majestic Bengal tigers, including the rare melanistic variety.
